Join us for Kaleidoscope: A Day for Women on Friday, April 21, 2006, by exploring the diverse and interesting sessions, a unique shopping experience and dynamic speakers. We are looking forward to another great year, so be a part of Kaleidoscope 2006 and register today!

Register at our website (www.msualum.com) beginning March 10, 2006!!! All of the same rules apply as in mail registration including making first, second and third choices for breakout sessions.

Complete the registration form indicating your breakaway session preferences and MSU Alumni Association affiliation.

Group registration is available for up to eight participants. To share the Kaleidoscope experience with your friends, you must submit all your registration information together. Because of limited space availability, we will not be able to add individuals to your group once we receive your registration form.

Return completed registration forms along with registration fees via U.S. mail by Friday, April 14, 2006.

The registration fee is $70 for MSU Alumni Association members and $75 for non-members. MSU Alumni Association membership will be verified.

The Student Rate (NEW!) of $40 is available for those under 25 years of age. A current student ID is required.

The Corporate Rate is $560 for a full table (minimum of eight people). Corporate registrations must be completed by mail only.

An MSUAA membership form is included in this brochure. To join, complete the form and include a separate check for $45.00 for a single membership or $55.00 for a joint membership. By joining you will qualify for the lower rate of $70 for Kaleidoscope registration.

The MSU Alumni Association is unable to offer refunds. If you are unable to attend, please make your own arrangements to find another guest to take your place.

A letter will be mailed to all Kaleidoscope participants confirming registration.

Seating and breakaway session assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so act fast. We will place you in your preferred sessions based on availability.

If you are choosing a 90-minute session you will attend only one session for the day or two ONE-hour sessions. If your first choice is unavailable, you will be placed in your second choice. If your second choice is unavailable you will be placed in your third choice. In the event that all of your selections are full, you will be assigned sessions based on their availability.
