The Walkabout Club invites you to join the first official walker's club at Meridian Mall. Whatever health goals you have for improving your health, walking regularly can assist you with sleeping better, losing weight, and managing diabetes, arthritis, high cholesterol, and heart disease. Walking can help make your heart, lungs, and bones stronger. Mall walking is always perfect: FREE, seven days a week, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Mall doors open early for walkers and walking is permissible during business hours. Keep track of your visits and receive recognition for your accomplishments. Enjoy educational and health programs and take advantage of blood pressure checks.
When: Monday-Saturday, 7:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Sunday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Where: Register at the Customer Service Center at Meridian Mall to receive your membership materials.
