Walkabout Club

The Walkabout Club invites you to join the official walker's club at Meridian Mall. Whatever goals you have for improving your health, walking regularly can assist you with sleeping better, losing weight, and managing diabetes, arthritis, high cholesterol, and heart disease. Walking can help make your heart, lungs, and bones stronger. Mall walking is always perfect: FREE, seven days a week, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Mall doors open early for walkers and walking is permitted during business hours. Keep track of your visits. Registration is available at the Meridian Mall Management Office Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. For more information and holiday hours, call the Mall office at 517-349-2031.
