MSUAA Evening College celebrates 15 year anniversary of 50 Plus Fitness community exercise program on April 23, 2008.
Celebratory activities will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Meridian Mall (Food Court Area) on April 23 and will include guest speakers from participating sponsors and entertainment by the MSU Community Music School's New Horizons Band.
Men and women 50 and older are invited to join gentle exercise workout sessions in the Meridian Mall Food Court area. Participants should wear loose, casual clothing, with tie-up athletic or walking shoes. All exercises will be chair exercises and will be done while seated or holding on to the back of the chair. This FREE "attend when you can" workout will assist you in building and maintaining range of motion and strength. Free blood pressure checks every Wednesday. Registration at the workout site is required before participation.

Community service and planning provided by the MSU Alumni Association's Evening College and is cosponsored by the Meridian Mall and Sparrow Health System.
Evening College co-sponsors the Walkabout Club at Meridian Mall and invites you to join the first official walker's club at Meridian Mall.
