MSU Alumni Association Resources
Kim Kittleman will provide a description of online-resources for volunteer leaders. The MSU Alumni Association is striving to meet the needs of volunteer leaders and the tool-box of resources will assist in meeting those needs.
Ryan Vartoogian will give a project update on the Alumni Association's new internet strategy, and a sneak peek at the new web site. The new internet strategy will provide a strong foundation for driving membership, participation, and expand the reach of MSU Alumni Association services globally.
Martin Jarmond will discuss the important link between the Athletic Department and Alumni Association. He will also provide an Athletic Department update and share tips for volunteer leaders to engage the MSU coaching staff.
MSU Alumni Association Membership
Membership in the MSU Alumni Association has steadily declined over the past five years, and currently ranks last in dues-paying members among Big 10 universities. This statistic must change! Laurie Robison will provide details on our current status and plans to increase membership. Learn how you and your club will be involved.
Jeff Hicks will discuss the role of regional clubs in the future campaigns, and provide specific examples to engage clubs to increase membership.
Capturing Your Young Alumni Demographic
John Hill will lead off this session with a discussion on board structure and ways to incorporate the young alumni coordinator. He will discuss potential challenges as well as the benefits of recent graduate engagement, and introduce new career services initiatives to assist in grabbing young alumni interest.
Laurie Robison will provide information to target this group for MSU Alumni Association membership, including specific membership benefits that may appeal to this age group.

The conference will conclude with a speaker panel to answer questions or discuss any topic presented.
