The picturesque harbor town of Kinsale, Ireland,
was home for a week to 18 MSU Alumni Association members. Our rooms were
located at the Actons Hotel with an impressive view of the harbor and
yachting marina. This village in southern Ireland is noted for crooked
streets, bow-fronted shops and slate-hung houses and is recognized as
the gourmet capital of Ireland.
We spent seven nights in Kinsale, visiting Cork, the Ring of Kerry, Blarney
Castle, and the port city of Cobh (pronounced Cove). Mary Meehan, our
Kinsale Campus Director of Alumni Holidays International hosted us, and
Philip was our motorcoach driver and guide. Some favorite photos taken
